2020 Street Fair Update
June 5, 2020
At the Associations regular business meeting held on June 4, 2020 after much discussion and a review of the rules being put forth by the State Department of Health concerning the operation of Fairs during the current pandemic emergency the membership has voted to cancel this year’s Pataskala Street Fair.
This would have been the 74th Pataskala Street Fair and was scheduled to be held August 19th-22nd. We look forward to returning with the Fair next year.
This decision did not come easy nor quickly as it affects many in the community. There are many vendors, businesses and non-profit organizations that are impacted by this. We believe that this is the right decision in order to protect the health and safety of the countless volunteers, visitors and community.
We would like to thank everyone for your continued support of the Pataskala Street Fair and the West Licking Firefighters Association over the last 73 Street Fairs.
Many do not realize that the West Licking Firefighters Association is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit organization that depends on donations and the Pataskala Street Fair for the funds to operate our two Rehab Units that are used to support not only the West Licking Joint Fire District, but also Licking and neighboring counties.
If you would like to make a donation to help us keep these vital units in operation you can send a check to the West Licking Firefighters Association (WLFFA) PO Box 1120 Pataskala, OH 43062. All donations are tax deductible.
